United Kingdom Delivery: We offer free Royal Mail 24 Tracked delivery for customers in the United Kingdom. We also offer Royal Mail Special Delivery™ by 1.00 pm and Charges apply for that option.
International Delivery: We offer two delivery options for international customers: (1) International Standard Delivery and (2) International Tracked/Signed for Delivery. Charges apply to both options.

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we recommend all items be sent back using tracked post. If an item is lost we will then be able to track it. Should an item get lost in transit without a tracking reference it is the customer's responsibility to follow that up. Customers should always fill in the invoice when returning items back. Your return may be delayed if you do not provide the information required. It also contains all the instructions to send your item back. You will be required to pay the cost of returning items and the postage cost of an exchange unless the item is damaged or we made an error. Exchange costs are the same as the standard postage cost outlined above. Refunds are done 24 to 48 hours after receipt of an item. However, unfortunately, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us. Non-Receipt of Items: - If you have not received your items you must let us know within 7 days from the estimated delivery date. Once we know you have not received your item we will investigate the matter fully both internally and with our carriers. Unfortunately, we cannot investigate non-receipt deliveries after this time has elapsed. Investigations into lost parcels can take up to 15 days. Refunds or replacements will not be issued until the investigation is complete. Orders sent by Royal Mail: We do advise that the majority of orders are received within 1-3 working days of dispatch. However, for Royal Mail order lost in the post we have to allow them 15 working days to deliver before we can arrange a replacement or a refund (this is a Royal Mail Policy). Unfortunately, once the order has been dispatched it is then the responsibility of Royal Mail to deliver your item, and as much as we would like to resolve this for you today we do have to allow them this time-scale to deliver. If you still haven't received it by the 15 working day, please contact us via eBay messaging system & we will investigate the matter for you and will take necessary steps to resolve the issues.

The prices shown on our website included all types of VAT. The delivery charges will depend on the delivery option that you choose and will be shown during the checkout process.
Overseas Customers Payment:
We charge you for your order in Pounds Sterling. The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit Card Company. Please note that customers outside of the United Kingdom will be liable for any fees and charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt.
